General Policies
Your personal needs are important to us. We kindly request that, at the time of arrival to fill up a medical form
in order for us to know your medical conditions or product sensitivity.
Reservations
We encourage guests to schedule spa appointments in advance to ensure that treatment and technician preferences are available.
Same-day reservations and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability.
Group Bookings
Events can be customized for any type of gathering. We encourage parties of 3 or more to schedule their appointments
well in advance in order to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policy
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with the spa cancellation policy. Please respect the spa’s
schedule by keeping appointments and providing a minimum of four hours’ cancellation when you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
Spa packages or group of 3 or more require 24 hours’ cancellation notice. Because your services are guaranteed by reservation, credit
card number or deposit is required.
Gratuities
Gratuities are left to your express discretion and based upon your level of satisfaction with your personal care provider.
Cellular Phone Policy
For the courtesy of all guests, cellular phone and pager usage is prohibited within The Spa. We kindly request,
that you conclude all calls and turn off cellular devices prior to entering the treatment areas.
All prices are subject to change without notification. Spa staff will assist you with any pricing inquiries you may have at the time
of your reservation.
